I would not put a turkey wether it is male or female, in the same pen as any other poultry as it is very territorial and would probably attack the chickens.

If you raise them together as chicks, you shouldn't have any problem at all. Your pen is of adequate size to prevent most territorial problems, and I've seen arrangements like that work quite well on local farms. The only real problem you might run into is the turkey eating the chickens eggs... but that's only a possibility and not actually likely.

Just don't try to put a half grown turkey in with a bunch of young hens. There'll be fights. A very young turkey with full grown hens will get pecked on. A half grown turkey with young hens, the turkey will torment the hens.

One VERY good way around this is to let the chickens hatch a turkey egg.
