The Dutch Lotto does not write people asking for money telling them they won a lottery they never paid to enter. If you send them money you will never see it again, nor will you see any prizes.

Davor, it's a scam buddy......delete it or report it to www.fbi.gov or Interpol. Let them track down the scammers and send them to jail.
