Interesting theory. Consider Europe which in some places has pornography, has legal prostitution and has on average less people who are religious and has a lower overall violent crime rate. How would you explain that?
Some areas of pornography are vulgar and should not be allowed but only that in which involves minors. Otherwise, if you don't like it, don't watch it, don't buy it. It is really that simple.
Nudity is a natural state - you did not come into this world fully clothed - no one does. The only way it becomes sinful is when someone assigns it as such.

What's vulgar to one person is perfectly fine to another. You'd have to impose a standard that not everyone can adhere to or believe in...so this wouldn't work.
Pornography: If you don't like it, don't watch it. It amazes me that America is supposed to be the "land of the free" and yet has some of the most oppresive, repressed, and puritanical views on sex.
Nudity: How do you propose for children to be created if you ban this? How are you going to bathe? Or use the bathroom for that matter? If you mean nudity in films and art, then you're going to have to start with the Sistine Chapel, and the statue of David. The human body has been an object of study for artists since the first paintings were done in caves. As for nudity in movies...if you don't want to see it, then don't go to those movies.
It really doesn't matter to 99% of the world what you consider to be a sin. Maybe the world would be a better place if people quit trying to impose their outdated ideas on everybody.
Sex is a natural thing, as is our curiosity/fascination with it. Gods, on the other hand are not.

No. First off, how in the world do you define 'vulgarity'? Isn't that rather subjective? And how is nudity a sin?
Porn isn't the cause of rape. Rape isn't even about sex; rape is about power and control. Perhaps you could make a case that date rape is only about sex, but for all other types of rape, it has deep pyschological roots that use violence and sex as modes to express power and control, among other things. Moreover, I would think that porn would help to control rape- as it does allow sexual release, rather than all that pent-up energy.
If we want to start making the world a better place to live, let's head off with war, fighting, murder, theft . . . those are the things that are tearing this world apart, not a little nudity, some cuss words, and people having sex on video.

you recognize why and so do I. If one did not understand this grew to become into going to pass around then one did not understand what is going on. as we communicate there grew to become into protest out in rigidity in France. that's having a baring on all and sundry. autos are made international huge. Then the providers are international huge. the place I stay in the condominium complicated has one million/2 of the 172 residences in foreclose. this implies one million/2 the money to run this place. which skill our expenses are being paid late and not each and all of the money . we've by no skill been in this place till now right here. we will not take care of to pay for to look after a situation that would crop up. they don't look to be beginning the pool this 300 and sixty 5 days to keep funds. not reducing backyard as quickly as a week. not turning on the exterior water, and the sprinklers. lowering on maintenance to 4 days a week and it is going on.

Oh right it is vulgarity that we have to worry about, Silly me, I thought it was war, famine, poverty, violence and disease. But then I'm an atheist what would I know?
Edit:
And you have read the literature concerning rape vs pornography, have compared it across different countries and cultures and different periods in history? Do you in fact know whether rape is more common now than say in 19th century America or 1st century Rome? Didn't think so.

The world is ruled by satan and that's the reason why there's sin. It's not called the world if vulgarity, pornography and nudity are eliminated completely. Who doesn't want to live with peace except satan itself? The world would definitely be a better place to live in without sins. No doubts about that...

Yes, let's all engrain a deep sense of shame for our own bodies in ourselves and everyone around us, THAT will make it all better! Lady, it is humanly impossible to agree on anything being universally "vulgar" or "pornographic". Some people consider improper punctuation to be vulgar. A "sin" which you are guilty of in this question. Most "curse words", in fact, describe bodily functions or activities that we ALL engage in at one point or another. As for pornography, what you consider to be deplorable I may find mildly amusing, it isn't your place to tell me what I can see, think, or enjoy. As far as nudity goes, do you look at yourself when you bathe? If so, according to your own "morality" you need to stop immediately.

The thing that would really need to be eliminated is false modesty and the feeling of guilt shame.
Hello?!?! Having sex is just as natural as eating or breathing! Why the hell would we have to be ashamed of the most fundamentally necessary thing in our existence - the process of procreation?!
Why would something that we enjoy - good feeling or looking at something nice, like a human body - have to be considered a sin?! Of course, just because in institution wants you to feel guilty for it - and if you feel guilty, you'll go there, feel the need to go to confession, give them money to be forgiven...
This is what "sin" is all about. Control over you through the feeling of guilt.
The world would be a much better place without guilt and hatred, not without the things that people enjoy, like having sex.

Decent nudity is positively more than ok. Human form is glorious. Vulgarity and porn on the other hand share the same basket... and are a bane to society... they encourage a sour view of sexuality.

I don't think pornography has anything to do with rape. Rape is about control and power - not "getting one's rocks off".
You don't learn lack of respect or a desire to do harm to others from porn.
A rapist may view porn - but he's a rapist without it.
