where can i find an emmisions labrl for my 1978 dodge step-side?

Ordinarily, you'd find that sort of thing under the hood. Literally on the underside of your hood, there should be the emissions label.

If you cannot find it, you can check with the dealer, as they may have that info handy. Just call the dodge dealer and ask for the parts dept. They'd know.
