What are the Top 3 most visited Catholic Shrines in the world?

Fatima, Lourdes and Guadalupe would doubtless be in the top ten. Technically, though (now that I think about it), they may not actually be classified as shrines, but they're extremely popular sites for religious pilgrimages, nonetheless.

Most of them would be in Europe or in Israel. There are a few in the US also

St. Peter's Basilica- Vatican City
