Unfortunately, being vegan, you will have to spend time reading labels.
:)
I personally enjoy it. It is exciting when we find something vegan that we didn't see before. Who knew fruity and cocoa pebbles would be vegan?
The list I attached above is a good list, but you still have to check; I'm not sure how often it is updated. Cheerios and Frosted Flakes seem to be ok.

Pretty much any kind of cereal that doesn't contain honey and/or refined sugar. You will almost never encounter a 'suitable for vegans' label even though something may in fact be perfectly suitable for vegans. Just read the ingredient list to find out if a product is suitable within your diet.

I was wondering that myself until I found this website:
www.vegcooking.com
It does give long lists of common foods (cereals included!) that are vegan friendly. Near the top of the page, click "Shopping Guide" and a bunch of links will pop up. Click breakfast and strap in for a great, thorough list of vegan cereal (some of them are surprising!!).

Porridge is great, as are most meusli combinations.
As far as cheerios etc go they are just that unhealthy that maybe you could try the above (though I can talk I eat unhealthy chips everyday!)
