Have to dial phone numbers in total instead of just hitting one soft key and memo key on binatone cordless phone icarus 9. Have lost user's guide.

what or who is an OEM please? would it be the binatone company?

You have lost your memory back up feature. Not familiar with that phone, but many have a battery in the bottom of the base unit to maintain memory. You will have to re-program everything again though. You may search on-line to see if the OEM has a manual available.
