What types of cheese are best to serve with an afternoon snack - I'd like to go more original than cheddar, swiss etc but something that has a flavour that isnt too strong.

-Port Salut
-Gorgonzola
-Scamorza( This has to be grilled on a pan a minute on each side put promises to be the highlight. You are bound to leave an impression
