it is my friends brithday and i want to take her out to eat. we do not repeat the same food we eat. we already ate mexican chinese, and america. the reaturant has to be close to elmhurst. oh yeah it also it has to be fancy and cheap

If you live in the US try SaltGrass Steak house. It's a scratch kitchen, meaning they make everything from hamburger buns to their dressings. Also they are one of 6% of restaurants in the US that have Certified Angus beef. Very very clean restaurant and their prices are great. A fun place to take the family or a romantic date.

fancy and cheap dont mix when talking about restaurants...take her to mcdonalds and ask if ronald mcdonald can come out and sing happy birthday...you might even get a free mcflurry for your friend...if you're lucky!
