i am a vegetarian and i have been having some truble getting all of my protien in my body. does anyone have some ideas?

I made this up one day and YUM!...BIG hit!.. 4 cups of cooked brown rice a container of feta crumbled...2 packages of chopped spinich thawed and drained..one egg 2 cloves {or more!!} of crushed garlic and a shake of parmesean if you have it...Mix it all up and form it into patties...Fry them in olive oil and serve hot with tzaziki sauce...Ohhhh YUMMY!!

TAKE A CAN OF BEANS PINK ,PINTO, OR KIDNEY. AND WATER I CAN ....ADD A CHOPPED ONON, GARLIC,1/2 GREEN PEPPER AND CALABASA OR PUMPKIIN CUT SMALL PIECES1/2 A CUP ,SAUTE IN OLIVE OIL,ADD TO BEANS SALT PEPPER,1 CAN,OF TOMATO SAUCE,CHOPPED CILANTRO SIMMER 20 MINUTES ...UNTIL PUMKIN PIECES ARE SOFT...........TAKE RICE.... BOIL WATER, 2 CUPS ....... 1 CUP OF RICE.. ADD SALT OIL AND BOIL TILL WATER EVAPORATES COVER FOR 15 MINUTES TILL DONE.........GET A RIPE HAAS AVOCADO, RED ONION,A PEICE OF ASAIGO CHEESE, AND WATERCRESS TOSS TOGETHER THAT IS A ,,,,,,,,,,VEGETARIAN PUERTORICAN DINNER OR LUNCH,...NAMSATE

I normally dont mind small typos but WOW. its recipes. Even im not that bad at spelling
