Heaviness, and tightness in the chest are classic signs of angina. Rapid heart beat can be ectopy, they can happen with a compromised heart. You need to go to the ER if you are having it now. All are screening questions we ask people that present to the ER for heart attack!

you may be having a cardiac pathology. you may be needing a 2D ECHO, ECG, SOME BLOOD CHEMISTRIES. an
immediate consult to a cardiologist and ample amount of rest.

sounds like good ol' chest pain....get it checked out, your dr can use a ekg so look at your heart rhythm
