Healthy weight control is not about starving yourself or eating foods from a lone category. It is about having a balanced and healthy lifestyle. There is a weight management system on the market that helps you achieve your goals in three easy steps.

1) A pre-meal tablet to support the feeling of fullness before a meal, so your portions and energy intake can be controlled. It also assists healthy digestion.
2) A formulated meal replacement to make sure one of your meals every day is kilojoule controlled and full of goodness.
3) A capsule designed to support a healthy metabolism. Your metabolism is the rate at which your body uses kilojoules - it makes sense that a healthy metabolism can help keep you trim.

From the tests carried out over a three month period weight loss ranged from seven to 35kg.

You can email a request (leanne27@aapt.net.au) for more information and I will send it to you.

Eat 6 small but balanced meals. Carbs should be high in fiber and proteins should be lean. Avoid grease, alcohol, and candy.

Lift weights because it slightly increases your lean mass and will allow you to burn extra calories 24 hours per day. Also, some cardio helps.

By the way, ditch the scale and get a measuring tape because muscle is denser than fat and the tape will be more accurate.

We get asked this about 30 times a day.

Diet and exercise. There is no magical pill that fixes everything.

Weightloss pills don't fix the emotional reasons that cause you to eat.
