28 weeks pregnant and worried about gestational diabetes.

It's difficult to have them fall into the normal range of 80-120. But glucose levels tend to be higher following meals, once your food breaks down into sugar. I'd say if you're taking your medication on time and regularly, probably between 120-150 would be normal.

You should ask your doctor. What's normal for someone else may not be normal for you. Do you know what your levels were 1 hour after dinner before you were pregnant?
