Not a logical question. There is no such thing as "the best". It's all relative and depends on the person's palate.
I personally love Turkish cuisine. I like Mediterranean (Lebanese to Italian/Spanish). I also like Mexican and Indian.
It's impossible to choose one and say it is the best cuisine in the world.

Lebanese! Or food from the Middle East in general.
I also love Japanese food.
Chinese/Vietnamese and also Indian food, esp. South India, with Thosai etc... !
The worst cuisine in the world is the Scandinavian and even German "cuisine"...that I know of. They don't know what good food is.

My favorites: Thai, Mexican & Turkish
But I think it is hard to answer considering that EVERYBODY has different taste and what you like might not be good for me. I love papaya for example and my husband says that it tastes like armpit LOL.
The best cuisine for everybody is the one that has a bunch of dishes that they love. My choices are based on that even when I also like Italian, Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Mediterranean food in general and BTW I am Mexican.

I guess the Italians would say Italian food, so as the Indian would say Indian food, there deferent "the best" in deferent people's mind.
