For a kids carnival at school, rice crispie treats are always fun and sooooooo easy in the microwave! Sprinkle with colorful jimmies.
Also, follow the toll house chocolate chip cookie recipie and just replace the chocolate chips with m & m's.
Carmel popcorn balls are great,too, but take some work

as in carnival and fair foods?
funnel cake (there's batter mix easy & fast)
corn or regular hot dogs
blend ice with fruit, lemonade or flavored ice tea for drinks
mini pizzas, mini burgers
veggie tempura
chicken strips
corn on the cob with toppings
kettle chips or fries
must have ice cream cones or bars
this stuff u can buy frozen but its all easy to make yourself
& u can have different sauces and toppings for people to add
