No. Please do call your doctor and tell him or her about your heart skipping a beat when sneezing. I'm not sure if your dr would want you to come into his office asap or get an ekg (electrocardiogram), which measures the person's heart waves, at the hospital. Please do let your dr know about your symptoms, and take good care.

I'm guessing you asked this ? not b/c of your symptoms but b/c of the old wives tale? That is supposed to be why people started saying God Bless You b/c you heart skipped a beat each time...but honestly I'm not really sure. I have talked to Dr.s who say yes and some say no...so sorry I can't help much, just wanted to correct the above post.
