Absolutlely,,,Sugar does not heal anything. It's bad in every sense of the word. The bag of sugar on the grocery shelf, not a natural product at all, It's been bleached. Same thing about splenda substitute; also a chlorinated product.
Want to hear some more...Let's take a look at the food company's...all those lovely cookies, cakes, crackers...they make them to be ADDICTIVE. Why do you think you keep buying them? Why do you think people are confused about why their bodies look the way they do...they only eat 3 meals a day and they just can't seem to lose any weight...HELLO!! anyone listening yet? We can't keep putting all the sugar and chemicals into our bodies and not expect to have major problems. The obesity in this country is hitting epidemic proportions. Girls are starting their periods at eight and nine years old. That's coming from the injections they give beef and chickens for growth. Our children are on DRUGS because of ADD, ADHD and the doctors' are NOT going to tell the truth; they're part of the problem supporting the drug companies. They don' t get to the root of a problem they are simply providing a drug for the symptom. And the biggest problem,,,,the general public is letting them...It's too much of an effort to make a CHANGE or give up something sooooooo goooood as sugar. Well there you are, sugar isn't good for anythng.
When you think of eating healthy, think of all the vitamins and minerals are like the beautiful pillars of Atlantis....then you eat some sugar and it's like the tidal wave that came in and destroyed everything....leveled it...wiped it out. How long can you expect our beautiful bodies to keep recovering from all this kind of a cycle.
If you want to do some reading about what the food companies are "engineering" into the food we're buying just go to a health food store and look over the reading section.

You might be referring to Stevia. It is a sweetener, but not sugar. It is supposed to be very good for diabetics (healing).

You can get it at a health food store.
