Everybody always ask about favorite cuisine, I want to know what is your least favorite cuisine and why?
I am not asking about particular dishes or specific foods, just cuisines in general.
There is no need to be mean or nasty, I am not judging anybody nor their cuisine. I am simply just curious.

A lot (not all) of English (British if you will) food puts me off. Similarly, I don't like certain German dishes. And I am of German descent. Go figure.
I will never eat Shepard's pie. Nasty. I can't believe someone here wrote that Korean food is gross. To each their own, but I disagree. I'm sure that person hasn't had good Korean food, just as I obviously have not had really good English or German cuisine. Limited experience. Each culture has wonderful dishes, if you can be exposed to a decent cook of aforementioned cuisine, etc.

Hmmmm... My well-liked food is something that tastes stable. It does not have something to do with ethnicity. i detect some jap nutrients unpalatable, yet I could say that teriyaki pork is scrumptious. uncertain the place your wasabi got here from, however the wasabi i'm getting at my sushi bar cleans my sinuses! it truly is a few distance from bland, as is the pickled ginger. American food - especially fish fry, roast turkey, cranberry sauce, the great chef salad, New England chowder or California Wine united states of america - is great too. In Paris, i myself cherished some scrumptious lamb I had, besides because of the fact the crepes. and such as you, i like Mediterranean/midsection jap: Greek, Israeli, Lebanese, Greek, Moroccan...carry it on! I additionally love Szechuan and Cantonese chinese language. i don't think of it has something to do with the ethnicity of the food, in simple terms the coaching and our very own concepts. Stereotyping does not artwork any further useful interior the kitchen for me than it does everywhere else. There are some dim sum issues i will not truly do -- fried chickens' ft spring to concepts -- and cellophane noodles are had to get down, in spite of which Asian food is utilising them. that's my 2 cents' nicely worth.

I don't like chinese. I'd rather have Thai, INdian, or any other cuisine. I mean, I'll eat it, but it's just my least favorite.

Southern cuisine. Too greasy, and they make use of some very questionable parts of the animal...i.e. chitterlings and pigs feet!

I haven't tried that many; but of all that I've tried, I'd have to say Chinese. This only because there are not many Chinese dishes that I am fond of. :)
