a person who claims to be sick all the time, even though they are not, they really think they are , is a hypochondriac.
There is also Munchausen's Syndrome in which the person enjoys attention from having procedures done. Munchausen's by Proxy is where the person makes another person sick [poison, injecting medicines, etc] and enjoys the attention of pretending to 'take care' of that person.

A hypochondriac? Do you mean they think they are sick all the time, or excessively blow their symptoms out of control? Then there is that weird syndrome, where you actually cause your child to be sick, so that the hospital, or people would have to help them, it something like Manchusion Syndrome by Proxy. Weird, anyway.
