Everybody has a taste & enjoy some kind of food, so, aside from your own food, which ethnic cuisine you like to eat sometimes, what kind of food and why?

I'm a Chinese from Hong Kong, so Chinese isn't ethnic cuisine to me, my first choice of ethnic cuisine is Japanese, then, Thai, then, Italian.
I studied in Tokyo and spent 4 years there + worked in a Japanese company for 5 years, so I am very used to eat sushi, sashimi and other famous Japanese food.

I loove those form of ?'s!!!:) My absolute fave..is Arabic, then Greek and then finally a toss up between Mexican and and Italian. I loove Arabic probable the main, because it jogs my memory of my adolescents, and that's my convenience/soul nutrition. My fave dishes might desire to be: Mansaff,(a yogurt based soup that includes clean lamb, and pine nuts, served over rice), And W'rat Dwali(that are the filled grape leaves, or dolmas in Greek...in line with possibility it extremely is why Greek is a distinctive 2nd...in no way concept-approximately that:)

I enjoy eating Italian cuisine the most because it's so unique and yummy. I esp love to eat Eggplant Parmesan mmmmm.

I enjoy Indonesian food. There are a couple of dishes I like, reng dong dagging(dried curried beef) and Smora Gawa which is Chicken, salty and sweet soya, cloves, garlic, onion and few other spices. Both of these are served over rice. I like it because of the spices and American food can be sooooooo boring.

Indian cuisine definitely. I love the array of spices they use. I also love this one Indian or Pakistani dessert, I don't know the name, but it's white and creamy with nuts. I also like Persian cuisine, they're lima bean rice with dill is delicious!

I love fufu and salt fish. I also love cowskin with brown gravy and beans over rice, mmmmm! Anything Jamaican cuisine, and of course, I really love all types of sea food.

japanese is definately my favorite, although you have to know what is what because sometimes it can be a little freaky! But then again every enicity has some freaky kinds of foods, I mean look at hotdogs. Szechwan food kicks *** too!

Mexican or Italian, probably. Don't know why. I just love what they have to offer. I like trying all different kinds of foods, though

I love both Thai and Vietnamese food, mainly for peanut sauce. I could drink that stuff! But it's pretty good with shrimp rolls too.
