Got well into it recently whilst trying to give up smoking as i have a baby on the way. have been using a brand called ozone which is raspberry flavour i love it. My research suggests not as it is nicotine but as it is not burnt it is non toxic but surely putting the powder in your lungs ain't good?

Didn't any of you people realise before you vented your spleens......that Altered is the FATHER of his baby-on-the-way. Snuff might be bad for you mate, but it certainly wont harm your baby.......unless you let her snort it of course.....and it is a HER...............6lb 8oz............Name starting with ..........L.......am i right.............i think so........

If you get a single pipette drop of 10% nicotine solution and drip it onto a mouse's back and watch it then in under a minute the mouse drops dead. Tobacco only contains a few milligrammes of nicotine so will obviously not do this, still it makes you think...

Snuff can cause throat and nose cancer. It is far less harmful than smoking or chewing tobacco. I used to take snuff myself but gave up because I was worried people may think I was taking cocaine, also it is harmful.

The toxic chemicals snuff can cause mouth, head and neck cancer over time. Long-term snuff dippers are 50 times more likely to get mouth cancer, snuff is addictive, destructive to gum tissue and potentially deadly.

Gee, did you ever think of checking with your doctor BEFORE
starting the snuff??? Oops, guess that would've been the responsible thing to do for your baby's life.
Snuff is hazardous to both of you.
It can cause various forms of oral cancer in you. Have fun!

Two points: nicotine in any form is addicting; the goodies in snuff can cause cancer in the mouth - tongue, gums, inside of the lips and cheek. That's for the chewy kind of snuff. The kind you snort like cocaine will probably cause nose and/or lung problems, including cancer.

Tobacco in any form is not good for you or baby. Snuff causes cancer in the mouth and it stains your teeth bad.

Good on you for putting the comment on,some are so quick to condemn others and are they so perfect,no way cos nobody is perfect.

EDIT: Tabacoo free? That's like saying I smoke weed without the THC... what is the point? lol As long as you don't eat it, it shouldn't affect you. -Connor
