What's the problem with using Alkaseltzer having Diabetes?

I'm diabetic. I've taken Alka Seltzer and have had no problems whatsoever. It's just aspirin and bicarbonate of soda, for Pete's sake... What problem are you referring to? Or are you just trying to stir things up?

As a healthcare provider I really don't know of any reason a diabetic could not take Alka Seltzer. Where did you get this information?
