None.....because there is no exchange of bodily fluids. However it can increase your risk of blood clots, when you suck on your skin you suction the blood to one area which is what leaves the purple discoloration on your skin. By sucking the blood to on area you can risk creating a blood clot.........so try to avoid hickey, you wont get an STD but they arent very good for you

none...the only possible way would be maybe if they bite you or if you had an open wound and then if their saliva got into your blood stream....pretty tough though.
