A little towards the low is 110/70 and 120/80 is considered an ideal BP. The chances of heart attack/stroke are less/minimized.

High blood pressure is considered to be the number one risk factor for stroke, but there are numerous risk factors - the more risk factors you have, the greater your risk for stroke. You could have normal blood pressure, but have other risk factors that would put you at risk for a stroke or heart attack.

Yes ,they generally do,the "new" normal for BP is 115/75.
