Raw organic food is the best, like fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouted grains are very digestible, wheat grass juice etc. Fruit smoothies, fruit salads, fruit on its own, ripe avocado makes a great spread or dip, vegetable salads, vegetables dipped in hummus, nuts for a snack, sprouted grains taste great in tortilla wraps or sandwiches, ground seeds like flax or sesame is good sprinkled on salad or hot cereal etc. Wheat grass juice is very high in vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll, antioxidants.

As for cooked foods vegetable soups, bean or lentil soups, freshly ground grains made into hot cereal, whole multy grain bread without yeast, sprouted grain bread, whole grain tortilla wraps, whole grain pasta, baked potatoes (with the skins), brown rice, steamed vegetables, bean dip or paste, lentil loaf.

But nothing beats fresh organically grown vegetables and fruit right from your own garden. Crisp carrots, sugar snap peas, steamed asparagus, boiled beats, corn on the cob, baby taters, steamed yellow beans, tender baby spinach, romaine lettuce, wheat grass juice, roma tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, Saskatoon berries, crab apples, nan-king cherries, gooseberries.

Basically anything processed, canned, pickled can be considered unhealthy. I believe that dairy products and eggs are better off eaten in small amounts or not at all. But everyone will have different thoughts based on what information they know and what they choose to believe.

Flaxseed. Its an amazing food supplement. It contains Omega 3 fatty acids that plant based diets cannot provide. It is also a great for digestion and intestinal heath. Another great food is Papaya.

lots of yummy, healthy options. Veggies and fruits, of course, the fresher the better, and preferable organic. Spagetti with zuchini and mushrooms, pasta with garlic and olive oil, curried rice or cous cous, homemade veggie soup, homemade refrigerator pickles, pupusas, arapa, bean and cheese taco, quinoa, pilafs made from other grains, such as millet, bean patties, grilled veggie kababs. grilled eggplant, cole slaw, salad with raw veggies, kolrabi, mochi, could go on for days. The key to it is balance and variety. Try foods you have never had before such as oven roasted rutabega or turnip fries

Well, first of all, I'd like to tell Steve H to burn in hell, the stupid ************. And Burger King veggie burgers are bullshit.

Well, for breakfast, oatmeal. VERY VERY good for you, and if you add sugar, then it tastes pretty good too.

And for anything else, basically try to find some green vegetables.
