Sodium is the culprit in high blood pressure. Sea salt is about 99.6% sodium chloride as opposed to mined salt which is 99.99% sodium chloride. No difference to your body.

Ultimately salt is salt. Sea salt however contains minerals that table salt doesn't. Without those minerals, your body does not effectively absorb nutrients! And it tastes better!
