My fateher 72 is a patient with CDA/ post CABG / DM type II.
He has been prescribed Nitromax CR[2.6] @ 1BD [could be Nitomax CR.Even the chemists, in Delhi, could not identify this drug]. What is this drug meant for, are there any equivalents? Kindly help. my father has been trying to clarify this for the last two days from the physician who prescribed it, but in vain. any feedback in this regard will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You can substitute Nitromax with Nitrocontin.
It will be available at the chemist near the hospital where it was prescribed.
