I don't know how that's possible, but here's what tends to work for me when I'm addicted to something: Stop. Stop eating rice, you'll cease to be addicted. I've had a few addictions. I don't generally come to the conclusion that it would be better for me to break the addiction, but as soon as I stop doing the thing I'm addicted to (for whatever reason) and suffer through the withdrawel, if any, then it's done with. I have the willpower... Why can't you? however... rice is good ... so If this is just a general comment.. then good for you :P

There are a lot of other side dishes out there...quinoa, millet, bulgar (kamut, spelt, wheat), barley. Try them out for variety, or mix with your rice.
If you are going to steadfastly stick to rice at least make it brown. It takes about 15 minutes longer to cook but it is giving you a whole grain that is much healthier for you - fibre, nutrients, etc.. It is chewier and has a great nutty flavour. You can get it in short or long grain, even in a Basmati variety.
Cook some lentils with your rice for a complete protein. Give yourself a side dish of veggies to round it out.

If you really care about your personal health and appearance, let me just tell you this. We all know that rice has carbohydrates. But too much, will just make you fat and unhealthy. No offense!
try glass noodles. They're like 1/3 calories of rice. If you can't find glass noodles, try decreasing the quantity of rice that you're eating.
And instead of rice, try noodles. Or porridge! now, porridge's healthy..

Try to slow down the quantity of rice. Eat more vegetables or any side dishes what ever you like with rice.

If you're so addicted, then why not try rehab? Then again, Bob Saget might just accuse you of being a poor exuse for an addict and inquire as to the methods you had used to obtain said substance.

Are you snorting this rice or just injecting it? I have to melt mine in a pot of water before I shovel it into my mouth.
