I'm planning on a romantic dinner, tomorrow where I ask a lovely lady to be my gf. Already have decided to make a salad and some fettuccine for desert maybe some strawberry something. have a bunch of floating candles in the pool ( its going to be on the deck, overlooking a view of the city) and some music. but for some reason I keep getting the feeling I'm forgetting something! Any ideas on how to create the perfect atmosphere?

An entree? Wine?

Maybe top the fettucine w/ some grilled chicken and have a nice white wine.

Anita Baker,Luther Vandross (if your not old school music sorry) is great mood music.
Strawberrysomething could be Vanilla Icecream scooped into a waffle cone bowl with strawberries poured on,or strawberries dipped in choclate sprinkled with nuts.
Your not forgeting anything I mean Roses and wine are very nice but I think shell say yes since your going all out unless you have a second head or something

buy 2 to 3 roses, depending on the fullness of them.....and w/ one or 2 of the rose's gently pluck the pedals off and scatter them neatly on the dining table or where ever u are eating and the other place it where she will be sitting.
also, when the time comes or if it has already, a trail of rose pedals to the boodwah (bedroom) is also very romantic....sorry, didn't know how to spell tht.....By the way, ur eveing sounds wonderful.....good job!

Nothing with garlic or onions! play pleasant music at a low volume.

Be sure you have a plan for after dinner too! maybe one of her favorite movies, all cuddled up on the couch.
