It's great that you are thinking about prevention at age 17! The healthiest diet for your heart is a low-fat, whole-foods, plant-based diet. Cholesterol is only found in animal products, so avoiding animal products is important. Exercise is important, and it is also important not to smoke. Since high cholesterol runs in the family, you might ask your doctor to check your cholesterol level to see where you are. There are medications that can lower your cholesterol if you can't get it down with lifestyle alone. Good luck!

Go to Walmart or any retail store, basically, and look for the herbal supplement section. There are pills called fish oil or omega-3. You should get those and take them as instructed on the bottle. It helps prevent heart disease and promotes healthy circulation and heart health. Hope I helped!

Hi,
Have you ever heard of Himalayan Goji Juice? Goji contains cyperone, a sesquiterpene that benefits the heart and blood pressure. Its anthocyanins help to maintain the strength and integrity of coronary arteries.
