Flax or hemp.

I'd advise eating the whole seed rather than just the oil. There are more benefits if you eat the whole seed.

If you just want a pill, then look for Udos vegetarian Omega 3, 6 and 9. Get all your omegas covered.

Hey Panic: Vegetarians DO NOT eat fish.

Vegetarians do not eat anything that comes from a slaughtered animal. Flax seed is the alternative for those Omegas.

you wouldnt take the fish oil if you are a true vegetarian. You can get omega 3 fatty acid from flax, and there are many great seaweed forms for the salty flavor, minerals, and vitamins, such as nori, kame, kombu, etc. Nori is great for homemade vegetarian sushi. I make it all the time.

If you want the omega3 oil, then you can have flax seeds or flax seed oil which has omega3 too. You can also have veggie fish also, when done well it is very good.
