I stilll want to smoke and I quit 4 years ago. I chew the gum, still!!!!! Sorry, the urge supposedly only lasts 20 minutes. go take a walk, and rejoice in the fact that you are smoke free! Then drink a bunch of water, and know you just did something good for youself, instead of destroying it!

I've been on Champix and the side effects are a sore throat. Don't worry - it's normal. being around the smokers probably hasn't helped though. You could also feel dizzy and sick on Champix too. It only lasts a few weeks though, so keep up the good work - it will be well worth it!! And well done - I smoked for nearly 20 years and quit after Champix so keep your willpower xxxxxxxxxxx

awww you poor pathetic soul. Obiously you never took Mr. A's health class. Do you know how much tar can fill your lungs then you can die. Smoking shortens your life. Then you can get a scoma in your neck and smoke through a whole in your neck. So fine smoke. Have fun dieing a regretful, painstaking death.
