V-8 is a great diet supplement. My 72yr old grandmother has been drinking it for years and hasn't been to a DR in over 25 yrs so something must be working. And I believe that it contains 8 servings of veggies, but not a 100% sure. Good Luck

V8 is a healthy supplement to your diet. I would suggest sticking with the low sodium V8 rather than the regular kind. Anything too high in sodium, should be avoided.
I like to drink a glass of V8 as a snack in the afternoon. It's actaully pretty filling.
Hope this helps!

V-8 is MORE then tomato juice, it also has other vegetables in it. It is healthy for you as pre-made, over proccessed foods go.
There are better options but as a healthy drink it is good and better then a LOT of other stuff.

Yes, it is, as it contains several vitamins not found in other drinks.

yes but i hate the taste of metal can, and the taste of v8 is no good
get a juicer and make your own v8 juice, just use the same ingredients as v8, it's really cheap and you can taste the difference
dont use the beets, i don't know wtf the beets is doing in v8
