Please Help! Am i Gay?

Question

I've like boys before and i've cried over them when they have dumped me.(what girl hasn't) For some reason now everytime i see a girl thats pretty on tv i get a jump in my stomach. I don't understand why because i've have always liked boys, can't picture myself with a girl and don't want to be gay with a strong passion. I have dreams about being with boys and i enjoy it...please help!! is this just a phase?

Girls usually look at other girls or "check out" other girls to compare themselves to them. It doesn't mean they are gay for them (lol).

For example, you may think "OMG she is so pretty... I love her hairstyle" or "I love her fashion."

Girls say other girls are pretty all the time!! It's a norm!

Since you say you can't picture yourself with a girl, you are NOT gay.... Don't worry about it!

There's a study out there in psychology land somewhere that show that girls are aroused by almost anything (surprisingly, boys aren't!). When I was younger and in college, watching porno movies in a group and drinking beer, there were plenty of porno movies that had lesbians making an extra buck by having sex with each other, usually with guys participating. The porno movies were always arousing and entertaining and I never thought I was a lesbian because I appreciated that. And guess what - I am not, happily hetero and in a marriage that has lasted a long time (sorry, I have to knock on wood every time I say that). I have noticed lately that what I see on tv featuring young women has gotten raunchier and raunchier - it is like watching a porno movie sometimes. The pussycat dolls practically strip and do a bump and grind doing routines that I can swear to you I have seen in strip joints (we used to go to bars and strip joints too when I was younger!)
As a woman, it's arousing to imagine yourself being that sexy - kind of envying the way these women must be exciting men in the viewing audience. I also wish I could be a successful rock star and be idolized like Tina Turner was when she was younger - and extremely sexy and wild on stage - does that make me a lesbian? Nah.
It does make my daydreaming kind of exciting, though.
You're hetero in a world that shows women in more and more erotic poses, with more and more positions that suggest intercourse - so get used to it because it will probably continue. There are plenty of lesbos who will tell you that they want to show you how you really ARE a lesbian, if you will only let them in your pants. Resist that.

Perhaps you are just curious...but if you ARE a lesbian, there really is nothing you can do to change that. Its not a choice you make. You don't wake up one day and decide that you want to be only with women. There is no pill they can give you, and no vaccination or antidote. And to TRY to force yourself to be heterosexual, when you're really not, would be to live a lie.

I think part of it is curiosity...and only time will tell. But if you are, why not embrace who you are? You'll be so much happier.

I see attractive women all the time and I think, "Wow, she's HOT!!!" It doesn't mean I'm gay. It just means I can appreciate a beautiful woman. Woman, by nature, are beautiful. We have soft curvy bodies, and supple parts, and smoothe skin. There is nothing wrong with admiring that about another woman...

I believe it is just a phase. But again, you are curious. I think soon enough you will have all the answers your need.

The question is: Do you love being with the opposite sex?

I have a gay friend that said being with a girl did NOTHING for him, being with a man was like the 4th of July.

It might just be that women on tv have been made up to exude sexuality and it makes you uncomfortable sencing it. You can tell subcontiously that the person is looking at you in a sexual way. It is just weird that they are looking at you that way. Now maybe you are gay, I don't know. I do think that you like boys if you dream about them.

I felt the same way many many years ago and guess what after being married for years I found out I'm gay and like men more then woman, wasted a lot of years finding that out. Try both and then decide for your self.

I think you may just be going through a phase. I can't say for sure, but most of us go through that, whether we admit it or not. Don't worry too much about it, you'll sort it all out. If you freak about it, then it will only become something that makes you anxious, etc. What does your heart tell you?

I look at beautiful women and attractive men all the time and I do not always have a physiological respones , def not toward women.

So there is a chance that you are bi or bi -curious.

This is up to you to explore without any shame or guilt attached.

It might be a phase or might just be who you are.

Straight people can certainly be attracted to both sexes. I think it's completely natural to feel that way. No, you're not gay. You're probably just a little curious if anything. Most likely, you find women attractive. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that.

well if you still lilke boys and want to be wit them then ofcourse its just a phase (i think) and the whole when you see a gurl situation its probbably because youre hatin on them>>?? you kno they have something you dont and thats what gets to the guys and you kno you wouldn't be crying for them if you found the right one.. and the pretty gurls always seem to get that.. so think about it that just might be it!!

You sure dont sound gay to me.....there is nothing wrong with noticing pretty girls, it surely does not mean you want to be with them.....If your dreaming about being with boys and cant picture yourself with girls, seems to me like your as straight as a board :-) Hope that helped
