I have no idea on this whole blood pressure thing.. I believe they told me mine is 96/70. I'm a 18 year old female if that matters for it. Is that good?

Your B/P is not low if you feel fine. Now a days, docs want B/P's less than 120/80, every stroke over that is considered dangerous for hearts and kidneys. In the hospital, we aren't concerned about B/P's such as yours, unless people are symptomatic or bleeding with a high heart rate.

a little on the low side if anything - you might be prone to fainting or light headedness if you dehydrate

An "average" blood pressure is said to be 120/80

Mine is usually 130/80

140/90 and above is creeping into high blood pressure
