Can high blood pressure come time to time in your life or if you have hypertension is it forever ? Do they have a permant cure?

You blood pressure can go up and down throughout your life. Stress and anxiety can cause it to go up. Relaxation and some medications can possibly get it to go down. The cure for most people is diet and exercise. There are also many good medications to lower you blood pressure. There is no permanent cure for a person who has hypertension that is not resolved by diet and exercise.

A great cure for this is to start taking Fish Oil, or Omega-3 capsules. You can find them in the health section in Walmart or other retail stores. It helps promote heart health and circulation throughout the body.

Once you have high blood pressure, you always have it. There is usually an underlying problem causing your pressure to be high. Yes it can be treated. High blood pressure is one of those diseases that if not treated will cause you renal failure (dialysis), heart disease, and I am sure a few more diseases that none of us want to deal with.
