They can happen from having bad blood pressure, pretty much if you are not eating healthy! They are more common in people that are over the age of 50 and do not have healthy eating habits. The first signs of a heart attack are a sharp pain in the left arm, back pain, feeling really tired, chest pain, trouble breathing, and having high blood pressure! The thing that causes a heart attack in the arteries getting clogged then blood to not able to get to the heart and blood also carrys oxygen so the heart is not getting oxygen either!

heart attack is just an illness wherein heart does not get much oxygen,there are many cause of how the heart can't get enough oxygen,it can be atherosclerosis,emboli,trumbi etc,but the most common is atherosclerosis wherin the arteries become block by fatty deposits...
