if none of them had aids to begin with, then probably not

the aide virus didnt mutate from other stds, it was arround long before the other stds were. The origion from aids started in africa where for religious or cultural reasons teh africans ate monkeys carrying a virus called SIVsm, a strain of the Simian Immunodeficiency Virus found in the sooty mangabey (also known as the green monkey, which is indigenous to western Africa) This virus then mutated in the human body to HIV, also known as aids. So to answer your question, if no one had it in the room, no one would contract the virus.

AIDS doesn't materialize out of thin air. If no one has the disease, then there will be no AIDS spread. Someone has to be infected to spread it.
