My pulse is unusually low at 46 to 50 but I have never experienced such burning feet or cold feet.

My BP with daily aspirin & hypertension medication is under control to 120 - 140 over 80 or 90 but usually 120/80 with the given pulse. I'm about 10 kilograms overweight from my ideal height weight relationship.

As long as your stroke volume (volume of blood pumped out each hearbeat) is sufficient it shouldnt. If you are experiencing those symptoms you should see your GP

It can cause bad gas like a burning fart
