OK.....this one has me a little stuck.

This past Saturday afternoon, I got the worst stomach pains in the world.....they lasted a couple hours, then bam...all gone.

Sunday, no issues.

Monday night.....all hell comes down. I am cramping, restless, abdominal pain for hours. I vomit twice, and start to feel better. Couldn't sleep much and feel blah most of Tuesday.

Woke up this morning, feeling perfectly fine. Went to class, ate lunch, went to work....no issues.

Now I am having those same pains again. It feels like I got kicked in the nuts or need to take a crap - but I don't.

I figured in food poisioning, but its about every other day dead on. I don't think it skips like that.

About an hour after my pains started, my girlfriend called me crying with the same location pain, but far worse. She is on her way to the hospital with her sister.

We have not ate together, so I am starting to rule out food. But a little online research and STDs popped up?

Could STDs be the issue?

We have had a healthy relationship for over 3 yrs and haven't been with anyone else.

STDs, urinary tract infection, and food are the only things I can think of causing these issues.

I am going to the doc tomorrow, but I was just trying to brace myself if it is food poisioning. I would hate to have another monday night.

Thanks in advance!

Go to the health food store and buy a bottle of Apple cider vinegar. It could be an ulcer. It sounds like you have some bad Bacteria on the inside.I drink two teaspoons in an 8 oz glass of water sweetened with honey. It just might kill the bacteria.I've been drinking it for seven years now and I stopped having heartburn. My ulcer healed up too.

I was about to say it sounds like a classic case of kidney stones until you said that your girlfriend has the same thing but worse. it could be an STD. they will test your girlfriend for all of that at the hospital. but you still need to see a doctor and have tests run to pin point exactly what you have too. so get to a doctor as soon as possible.
Best Wishes

The symptoms he is having sounds allot like Diverticulitis! That's where whatever your stomach is having trouble digesting the foods you eat.Have rested in your Intestine, therefore creating pain, nausea's, and it will not go away.
In other words it doesn't go through as it should. It also can cause fever. I know because I suffer these same symptoms
and have since 1986.

Go to the doctor. I get stomach pains, but it's always because of my lactose intollerence. You may just have the flu or a stomach bug. It could even be a ruptured appendix. Regardless go to your doctor/hospital as soon as you can, hopefully they can help cure your ailments. Good luck!

its not going to be a STD, especially not HIV, seroconversion wouldnt come and go like you said. i also dont know of any stds that would cause severe stomach pain, most likely caught something and passed it on to your gf
