No. Drug addicts were few and in between back than. People didnt use plants to get a high, but for serious ailments. Some fool will tell you otherwise because people will give you what you want to hear if that's what they are doing and if that's what will make you feel good and justified. So tell me, are you asking this question because you are seeking TRUTH or EXCUSE? Many try to misinterpert the words in the Bible for their own pleasure.
