Yes, it is not a heart-healthy food. It has a lot of cholesterol and over 30% of its calories are from fat -- both of those things are not good for heart patients. It does have good omega-3 fatty acids, but it is probably healthier to get those from vegetable sources instead.

I have heard that oysters are aphrodisiacs. If that is true, then you better watch out! Too much of that sexy activity could be bad for the heart..... At least that is what I've heard.
