If a male has chlamydia, does that mean hes at a really high risk of testing positive for HIV? answer me please...

First chlamydia is a curable bacterial infection. You just need to go to the doctor and be put on a strong antibiotic to clear it up. You also you to tell anyone else that you have slept with you have it so they can get cured as well. If you have HIV that will make u more tolerable to get other types of STD'd.

No they are 2 completly different diseases. Just because you have one doesnt mean you are more likely to get the other.

If you sleep with someone who has chlamydia and then someone with HIV you could get both diseases

No, chlamydia is completely different.
