Porcine means relating to a pig, or from a pig. If we are sticking to health, porcine insulin comes from pig pancreas.

Porcine means from a pig. I've generally heard this term in reference to a porcine valve replacement where a human heart valve is replaced by a valve from a pig's heart.

I think of it as meaning, "piggishly fat" but it can go a little further than that. Here's one set of definitions that I think covers everything:
