Ginsters pasties ARE made in Cornwall, but many pasties are made in various parts and are still called cornish pasties.
The same applies for Brussel sprouts that don't come from
Belguim.

The famous Stilton cheese was originally made in Melton Mowbray, but The Bell Inn at the hamlet called Stilton was the first to serve the produce to their patrons, so the cheese was so named...
