Have MVP with mild regurgitation, 'palps', air hunger and ringing ears (more like a whine - drives me nuts!).

It is very unlikely that a reduced heart rate will cause edema. More likely that you have some venous insuffiency.

If a heart rate were the problem, then the first symptom I would expect is light-headedness and/or passing out. This would not be attributal to heart rate until it is documented to have greater than a 2 second pause (which is a 30 bpm rate).

All of the other things you mention add up to a picture of a patient who suffers from anxiety - and probably a significant degree of worry.

you have consulted a few doctors about this?

if not.. do so.

medications can solve this problem.
