ya. just make sure you wash your hands and don't touch your face or eyes or anything if you are having an outbreak.
just because you get an std doesn't mean you can't have any sexual pleasure at all. if you are having an outbreak of any particular std chances are it will be super painful... so that s probably not the best time to go at it.
