Seeing as it's a card party, I try to keep the food to finger foods that are quick and easy to eat. We are having a Chicago style theme this Friday and can't think of a thing...please help! Thank you in advance!

I am a chicagoan; we live Fried, greasy and salty.
But you can make mini beefs make sure you have the giadaner on the side and the sweet green peppers (cooked)
Make a buffet table, don't forget the hotdogs, with Ketchup, mustard, onions, celery salt , relish and sports ppers. Must Chicago natives don't put Ketchup on there dogs.
You can also make some pizza bread cut them up in small bite size pizza's. Make some deepfried veggies and ranch sauce (i.e) deep fried califlower, brocoli and mushrooms.
Don't for get the ice cold Coca Cola and Beer if they is going to be drinkers of age there.

Italian beef sandwiches, chicago style pizza, and chicago style hotdogs. I'm a Chicagoan and know my foods. We like buffalo wings made with Frank's brand hot sauce too.

Very traditional Chicago style foods are: hot dogs (with mustard, onion, sweet relish, pickle, sport pepper, celery salt, etc.), deep-dish pizzas, and Italian beef (sliced beef cooked au jus and served in a roll).
Not very finger food friendly though.

Get a take out Deep Dish Pizza from Pizza Uno if you have one near you, polish sausages, kielbasi, bratwurst are very Chicagoan! Serve with horseradish and a variety of mustards and lots of beer!

Its alright to be residing house on a friday nighttime from time to time. Im efficient at the same time as u graduate you'll have extra freedom and could do what ever you opt for. definite dont get me incorrect it can be lame yet im efficient you may do some thing another day.

people in Chicago love to drink raw eggs while they play cards
and they also love pickled pigs feet and cole slaw and corn dogs that is what we do when we play card and we live in Chicago

Potato wedges with a cheese dip with like a chorizo, bacon, onions and tomatoes mixed into it. Look up TGIF fridays..They serve it and its fanastic.
