Chicken or Pork bbq (sweet)
(what the heck) - Dinuguan
Balut!
Bistek (or Beef Steak)

Filipino Ice Cream!
Lechon (Kawali and regular)
Chicken Chicharron
Sisig
Mechado (beef)
Kare-Kare
- there's a bunch more!

The 1st time I was offered halo halo - I thought how odd to eat beans as a dessert but I loved it, I cook adobo and and pancit but i will never eat balut - I have tasted diniguan - it tastes good but I don't want to eat cooked blood

Some of it stinks, but it's good! My ex is filipina, and I've had all of the above except balut.

I've never had any of this but I have had spanish chicharron and thats delicious.
