Once the pupils have been fixed and dilated, can they ever become reactive again? Drug overdose with cardiac arrest, down time unkown, blood glucose 3 on admission. First EEG flatline, approx. 12 hours later second EEG showed minute activity. Blood pressure 80/40. Please tell me the prognosis.

No, recovery is doubtfull. If life is maintained, it will be a vegetative state.

The blood glucose of 3 on admission with an unknown downtime itself is a very bad sign. Sounds like prognosis is very poor. I'm doubtful any meaningful recovery could happen. I'm sorry. If it was someone in my family, I would not be hopeful.
I'm sure they're talking about removing life support. Keep in mind that MEANINGFUL recovery is a key word. God bless you and family in this difficult time.
